This privacy policy applies to the KRAMPUS mobile application (“the app”) available on Google Play and the App Store.
Terms of Use
By using KRAMPUS you agree to these terms. You must not use the app for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to: trespassing on private property, harassment, endangering others, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Route creators are responsible for ensuring their routes and waypoints are placed only in areas where participants are permitted to go. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
We collect the following data to provide the service:
- Account: Anonymous user ID, optional nickname, optional phone number (for account recovery)
- Location: GPS coordinates while on a route (to detect waypoints and show position on map)
- Route data: Routes you create or receive, completion status, progress, duration
- Task completions: Text answers, multiple-choice, photo thumbnails (resized; original stays on device)
- Videos/audio: Stored locally only; not uploaded
- Chat messages: When you send messages in creator–performer chat
- Purchases: In-app purchase history (via Google Play / App Store)
- Ads: If shown: ad ID and device info may be shared with Google AdMob

3. Storage and security
Data is stored in Supabase (EU). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion by visiting our data deletion page at krampus.io.
6. Your rights
You can access your data in the app, request deletion at krampus.io, and opt out of personalized ads in device settings.
7. Children
KRAMPUS is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
